Shipping Methods

General Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days of their receipt, with a return to eshop.
The product to be returned in the condition received, that is, to be complete, without damage, its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product, including all labels/cartridges, necessary documents, etc. and in any case not used.
The product to be returned to be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or change card).
Returned products will be charged by the recipient. In case of return it is necessary to let us know by email in info@buizz.gr.
To avoid your own discomfort, we recommend that you carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the status of the products and the intact packaging and label in order to determine any obvious defects.
Returned products are on your own responsibility until they reach us. Make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during transport.
Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be changed with other products and cannot be redeemed by cash.
Returns that we will receive beyond the terms of our policy will not be accepted.

How do I return the product to the eshop of www.buizz.gr
In case you want to return a product please contact email info@buizz.gr or on the phone 210 3463421 indicating your order number, product or products you wish to return and their return ratio.
Place the product or products in their original packaging to protect themselves during transport and return the parcel with a carrier of your choice and at your own charge, we recommend that you carry out the courier shipment to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel. The products to return are at your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are properly packaged and have been sent to the correct address.
Buizz.gr does not offer free of charge!
Orders are sent daily (Monday - Friday). The parcels sent through the courier usually reach the recipient in 1 working day for Athens, 1-2 business days for mainland Greece, 1-3 days for island areas and in some cases of small or remote islands/areas 1-4 days. (The delivery time is indicative, it concerns business days from the date of departure from Athens and can be differentiated according to the conditions). Courier parcel deliveries are made every day outside Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
In any case, we are not responsible for any delays that are not due to us. If you have ordered and wait for a parcel, if you have not received it within 4-5 business days please contact us.
